We offer a 7 day return policy to our customers. Merchandise must be unused in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that is received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
All returns will be refunded via store credits only. There will be no cash refunds. This amount will be less any shipping and delivery charges, which is non-refundable. Credit will be sent to your account once the return is accepted in the condition as stated above.
Customers are required to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +65 6376-0268 during office hours between 930am to 5pm to perform any returns or exchanges. There will additional delivery costs incurred if delivery of exchanged item/s are required. Customers are encouraged to perform returns at our office location to avoid additional delivery charges. If you wish to exchange a product from overseas, please email us email@example.com before sending the item back to us. Please do note that we might not be able to process any overseas returns or exchanges without prior notice. We will not be able to exchange for any damaged or loss incurred during the return shipment to us.
ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
Exchanges are subjected to availability. We are unable to guarantee the availability of merchandise. Once the returned merchandise has been received, the available replacement merchandise will be sent to you within 5 working days. Customers will be charged for any additional delivery costs incurred.

Loss and damage
Merchandise are packed with care before they are delivered by a third party carrier. We are unable to guarantee for any loss and damage of merchandise during shipment.
Duties and taxes
Customers with shipments to overseas addresses will be responsible for any duties and taxes levied upon entry to the destination country. Failure to pay for the duties and taxes will result in abandonment of the shipment. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in such cases.
